Intelligent Variable Speed Control
Enjoy greater control over your pump with current vector variable frequency drive (VFD) technology. The system delivers high-efficiency drive performance for both induction and synchronous motors. Additionally, three control modes provide flexibility: sensorless vector control (SVC), flux vector control (FVC), and voltage/frequency (V/F) control.
Vector control supports frequencies from 0 to 300 Hz, while V/F control reaches 3200 Hz. The carrier frequency adjusts automatically between 0.5 and 15 kHz according to the load.
Precise Speed and Pressure Management
Maintain accurate water pressure with a control accuracy of 0.01 MPa. Speed accuracy reaches ±0.5% in SVC mode and ±0.02% in FVC mode. Furthermore, the controller provides speed control ranges of 1:100 for SVC and 1:1000 for FVC.
Starting torque reaches 110% at 0.5 Hz, with torque control accuracy of ±5% in FVC mode. Users can choose linear or S-curve acceleration and deceleration, with four independent settings from 0 to 6500 seconds.
Voltage and Current Protection
Keep pump operation under control with built-in voltage as well as current management functions. Automatic voltage regulation maintains constant output voltage during operation. Additionally, overvoltage and overcurrent limits help prevent unwanted trips when voltage or current exceeds operating limits.
Quick current limiting provides further protection for the variable frequency drive by restricting excessive current.
Easy Operation and Flexible Settings
Adjust operating parameters through the keypad, control terminals, or optional communication settings. The LED display provides clear visibility of operating parameters for convenient monitoring and adjustment. Furthermore, optional 4G/Wi-Fi communication settings offer additional flexibility when configuring the controller.
Four digital input terminals and two analogue 4–20 mA input terminals also support different control requirements. Users can also configure frequency through keypad, analogue voltage, analogue current, or optional communication settings.
