The Smart Pump Control Box Wi-Fi 400V is a programmable controller designed to protect and also control 400V three-phase pumps. The BHC 375 supports pump sizes from 0.37kW to 7.5kW. It supports deep well submersible, centrifugal, in-line, circulation as well as multistage pumps. The integrated Smart Wi-Fi Dry Contact Switch adds convenient remote operation through the Tuya Smart Life App.
Smart Wi-Fi Operation
Using the Tuya Smart Life App, you can remotely switch your pump on or off from anywhere with an internet connection. Additionally, you can create schedules, timers and automation routines to suit your pumping requirements. The app operates the integrated Wi-Fi Dry Contact Switch only, while controller settings and operating parameters must be configured directly on the control box.

The Smart Pump Control Box Wi-Fi 400V offers four programmable operating modes to suit different water management applications.

Each operating mode is selected directly on the controller to match the installation requirements.

An optional thermal control function is available on the BHC PT100 model when equipped with the thermal sensing expansion.
Monitoring and Configuration
A clear LCD display provides access to operating information as well as controller functions. Push-button controls allow quick calibration after installation or maintenance, while the parameter menu enables adjustment of the controller settings.
The controller also displays the last five failure records and the accumulated pump running time, making routine monitoring and maintenance easier.

The controller is housed in a durable IP65 enclosure for vertical wall-mounted installation.
Furthermore, the controller supports a liquid level transfer distance of up to 200 metres, making it suitable for a wide range of installations. It also supports the APS Smart Wi-Fi Water Level Sensor.
